Giancarlo Giuseppe Alessandro Esposito (İtalyanca:[dʒaŋˈkarlo dʒuˈzɛppe alesˈsandro eˈspɔːzito]; d. 26 Nisan 1958) Amerikalı aktör. En çok 2009'dan 2011'e kadar AMC suç drama dizisi Breaking Bad'de ve 2017'den 2022'ye kadar prequel dizisi Better Call Saul'da Gus Fring'i canlandırmasıyla tanınır. Bu rolüyle iki kez Drama Dizilerinde En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu dalında Critics' Choice Televizyon Ödülü'nü kazanmıştır. Drama Dizilerinde En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu dalında Primetime Emmy Ödülü için üç adaylık kazandı.
Ayrıca School Daze (1988), Do the Right Thing (1989), Mo' Better Blues (1990) ve Malcolm X (1992) gibi birçok Spike Lee filmindeki rolleriyle de tanınmaktadır.
