As Tamra Barney plans her wedding to Eddie, her joy is overshadowed by a fierce tug-of-war for her loyalty between Gretchen Rossi and Vicki Gunvalson, a rivalry exacerbated by the return of Lauri Peterson and her damaging rumors about Vicki. Hoping to land her dream home on a luxury magazine cover, Heather Dubrow introduces wealthy heiress Lydia McLaughlin to the group, though the spiritual newcomer quickly becomes overwhelmed playing peacekeeper during a high-stakes trip to Mexico.
