Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your dizifilmyorum account and all data linked to it at any time. This page explains how to delete your account and what happens to your data.

Deleting from the mobile app

After signing in, open Profile → Settings, scroll to the "Delete account" section at the bottom, enter your password and confirm the deletion.

Deleting from the website

Sign in at dizifilmyorum.com, open the Settings page and use the "Delete account" section at the bottom, confirming with your password.

What data is deleted

Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, ratings, reviews, lists, watch statuses, diary entries, likes and follow relationships are removed irreversibly. Standard technical records in server logs (such as IP addresses) may be kept briefly for security purposes.

If you cannot access your account

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. If you cannot access your account at all, email us from the address registered to your account and we will delete it on your behalf after verifying your identity.
