Chapter 108
Drunk, Mirinho confronts Tonho, who takes him home. Mirinho tells his family that he loves Lúcia/Alika, and Casemiro tries to apologize to Tonho. Alika is surprised to learn that Tonho has decided to buy land for the two of them. Omar arrives in Recife. Salma and Fuad's families celebrate their official engagement, despite her discomfort. Sebastião tells Virgínia about Mirinho's drunkenness.
