Lili (Suri Lin) was kidnapped by people against the Earth Repatriation Plan. Lili learns a terrifying secret about the plan. Meanwhile, it's discovered that the object found on Mars contains tremendous energy. ISDA seeks to obtain both Mars and Earth objects and contacts Kawanabe's (Hidetaka Yoshioka) old colleague's son, Aoto (Masaki Suda) to find the object that went missing 22 years ago.
