Episode 2

An officer, Mateen, is dealing with a building violation case involving Kanejo builder for encroachment on a river-facing green belt area. The builder attempts to bribe or sway Mateen, suggesting a meeting to discuss building a smaller farmhouse instead of a multi-story building. Mateen is then visited by a person who introduces Mr. Mulk.
