With the factory gates now locked and the redundant bakery workforce shut out, the community is starting to listen to Owen's big idea. Owen goes on a charm offensive, even recruiting Sarah onto the workers co-operative, this leaves Rob feeling left out in the cold, and ever more desperate to get Sarah away from Trefynydd.
