Small House, Big Problems

Mina and Karen find that "you get what you pay for" when they buy a bargain house for $5,000. At 730 square feet, it's their smallest home ever, but it's full of big challenges, including holes in the roof, holes in the floor and a rotting foundation supported by nothing more than a dirt pile and a car jack. Mina and Karen's goal is to create value but stay on budget while bringing this dilapidated little home back to a livable condition.
