A green Honda with an expired tag runs from Officers in Wichita, Kansas, circling a parking lot before giving up and apologizing. When a Deputy stops a driver for a seatbelt violation in Escambia County, Florida, a female passenger admits to hiding drugs and a pipe in her intimate area.
