A big thank you to cosmetic surgeon Alexandre Vairinho for visiting the LEGEND studio! He spent three years as a senior registrar at Saint-Louis Hospital in Paris. He is here to answer all the questions we have about cosmetic surgery—from gender reassignment and record-breaking breast augmentations to the trend of hair transplants. He has also experienced challenging moments, such as the case of a patient with 95% burns who was saved by his twin brother, who served as the skin donor.
