Brazil: Bolsonaro leads first round
Flávio Bolsonaro leads Brazil’s presidential election with 47%, ahead of incumbent Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva at 45%. The runoff is set for October 25. Bolsonaro may have more potential support from eliminated conservative candidates. Voters also elect 27 governors, 513 members of the lower house and 54 senators.
