In cahoots with Hadith's younger sister, Syafiqah, Che Yam uses sorcery and slander to destroy Husna's life. Despite being persecuted, Husna remains loyal and lovingly cares for her paralyzed father-in-law. As the slander escalates, Hadith begins to doubt her loyalty, forcing Husna to leave. With the support of her friends and Nurul Iman, Husna rises again — and the truth about Che Yam and Syafiqah's evil plans is finally revealed.
