The narrative centers on 'PAI,' a groundbreaking drug designed to regulate emotions, developed and controlled by the Unit #13. However, a crisis unfolds when the drug's formula leaks, leading to the emergence of imitation drugs and the creation of 'mobsters' with unpredictable side effects. As the Unit #13 races to investigate the formula leakage, powerful interests are threatened, resulting in severe consequences. 'PAI: Emotion's Echo' explores the consequences of manipulating emotions and the lengths individuals go to experience intense feelings, all within a gripping dystopian backdrop.
