With the cordial care of the Party Central Committee, the party committees and governments at all levels in Gansu Province, Lanzhou City and Lanzhou New District strongly supported. In September 2012, Xinzhou Middle School opened in Qinwangchuan. Thousands of Zhouqu children who lost their homes and schools in the disaster received this new "home" and started a new study life.
