Mia, a 17-year-old student, struggles with an overwhelming paranoia, convinced she’s being followed by a hooded figure. This oppressive feeling seeps into every aspect of her life, from the city streets to her athletic practices, and strains her relationships, particularly with her sarcastic friend Stella. At her lowest point, she finds an unexpected ally in Anna, an introverted girl who shares similar fears. Together, they confront their isolation, realizing their strength lies in mutual support. Lacci delves into themes of anxiety and empathy, weaving suspense and solidarity into a gripping narrative.
