Encompassing the flexibility, meditative elements of yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates, following Yogalates will not only leave you looking your best but will improve your posture, strengthen your body and spine and act as a release valve against stress build up. Also is incorporated is a free resistant band that replicates the work done on the Pilates machinery. This DVD consists of 2 x 25 minute workouts, plus an extra corporate workout! A mini workout that you can do at your desk for revitilisation.
