UFC on ESPN 68: Gamrot vs. Klein was a mixed martial arts event produced by the Ultimate Fighting Championship that took place on May 31, 2025, at the UFC Apex in Enterprise, Nevada, part of the Las Vegas Valley, United States. A women's flyweight bout between Erin Blanchfield and Maycee Barber was originally scheduled to headline the event.
