Pedro Maciel, born in Salvador, Bahia, is a Brazilian director and cinematographer based in São Paulo.
Working across film, music, and advertising, his work explores different visual languages through directing and cinematography.
As a director and screenwriter, his debut short film gained significant attention online, becoming widely shared across social media and reaching a broad audience. The film was also screened and awarded at several national and international film festivals, receiving honors including Best Screenplay and Best Short Film, as well as acting awards for Olivia Torres and Rafael Lozano.
