Racial Slurs and Bigotry; Homeless Widow Woes

A man is accused of resorting to racial slurs and threats in an attempt to get his ex-business partner to pay his share of an $8000 investment in a Cadillac Escalade. Later, a homeless widow takes a man to court for wrecking her car, but he insists that the crash was her fault.
